  1. Add new section to a course that will use the application

    1. Enter section information as specified.

  2. Click application fee box and select specified fee from radial buttondrop down list.

  3. Check the show application link in public view box.

  4. Click the save button.

All courses must be in final approval in order to show up in the public view.

Scheduling:

  1. Search for a course. Scheduling can be done through the schedule block in the course or in scheduling from the top nav bar.

  2. Input meeting dates and times, location, type of meeting, etc. and save.

  3. Final approval for a section must have a schedule and a fee in order to be placed in final approval.

Copy Sections:

  1. Login to d1 staff view

  2. Search for course and enter course profile.

  3. Select copy to new section.

  4. Use drop-down to select new term.

  5. Select what options to be copied over and click save.

Instructor:

  1. Attach Instructor to a course through the instructor contract.

Enrollment Restriction:

  1. Login to d1 staff view

  2. Select system administration

  3. Select enrollment rules

  4. Attach to specific fee and application requirements by clicking the appropriate boxes and selecting the option from the drop down menu.

    1. Hit + button to add both.

  5. Click save.
