Select file upload from navigation.
Click choose file button.
Select specified file.
Click upload button.

Set enrollment restrictions to flat fees and tuition profiles.
Mark specific requirements to be satisfied.
Select enrollment restriction costing unit.
Login to d1 staff view and select system administration.
Select restrictions from enrollment rules drop menu.
Fill out required fields based on department criteria.
Select department costing unit.
Click save button.
