Below you will find all currently available dashboards for our web, digital marketing, email, and social media analytics.  All of these dashboards are considered beta and can and will change on occasion.  Please be patient, as they can take a few moments to load.  Data is being pulled from multiple sources and relies on the various providers (Facebook, Instagram, Constant Contact, LinkedIn), Agency Analytics, and Google's servers to deliver this data.  If something appears to be broken, you can often refresh your page to solve the problem.  If that doesn't seem to work, please notify Andrew Stone at a.stone@utah.edu or Kenzie Parkin kenzie.parkin@utah.edu of the issues.

CE Email Reports

CE Constant Contact Email Analytics

  • The Constant Contact Analytics report allows you to view key data from our constant contact email campaigns.  Page 1 offers an overview of the data for all programs while page 2 offers a breakdown of data for each email campaign sent across all programs.  The next pages offer a breakdown by program.  Program breakdowns also include a second table that shows you the pages visited from the emails sent.  This data provides a very nice window into which links were most popular as well as the carts generated and completed via our emails.  As always, cart data is NOT complete and is impacted by people who block cookies and other tracking mechanisms.  This report is a work in progress and will populate with more data as we fine-tune our campaign link process, so those programs who do not see Google data now will see Google data in the future.
