• Navigate to the Guest Portal

• (https://astra.utah.edu/AstraProd/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx)
• Click on Calendars > Scheduling Grids

• Choose Calendar: = Continuing Education
• Filter: = UUCE (or other site)

If you want to schedule a room somewhere else on campus through the Scheduling Office:

• Space that the Scheduling Office schedules: http://registrar.utah.edu/_pdf/rooms-we-schedule.pdf
• If requesting space in one of these rooms you must request through the Scheduling Office - scheduling@utah.edu
