How to check classroom availability

  1. Navigate to the Guest Portal (https://astra.utah.edu/AstraProd/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx)
  2. No Login Needed
  3. Click on Calendars > Scheduling Grids
  4. Choose Calendar: = Continuing Education
  5. Filter: = UUCE (or Sandy, Annex, etc...)
  6. To view a future date use the arrows to scroll to appropriate day


    Or you can use the calendar to select date and click refresh


**Once you find space you would like to reserve please request this space from the Astra User in your vertical. (Here you can find a link to that information.) If that person is unavailable then you may request the space by submitting Help Desk task. (Data Team Support> Scheduling Support> General Scheduling Request)
