Projects are created in Wrike by utilizing the S&D Project Launch Blueprint.
Blue prints will be updated as we proceed with projects and learn from our experience.
A Confluence space is created for the project (working on the template for this)
This space should have at the minimum:
Requirements Document
QA Pages
Change/Decision Log
This is where all documentation for the project is developed.
Then the project proceeds through the planning, working, and finally the complete stage.
