Individual COI Policy
The Individual Financial Conflict of Interest Policyhttps://regulations.utah.edu/general/1-006.php (links to external site) applies to all University employees. It prescribes procedures for disclosure of financial interests by the individual employee, reviews conducted by the Individual Conflict of Interest Committee, and the exercise of ongoing oversight and management where necessary. It indicates the sanctions that may be applied when the policy is violated. The policy is based on federal financial regulations promulgated by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and is compliant with all National Institutes of Health (NIH), NSF, and FDA requirements. You will be required to complete this training every four years.
