Item Types

These are the item types in use by Unit on their classes in Peoplesoft. All updates to item type information must come through the DLT Systems & Data Services Team.

New Item Type Steps

CECE Units should contact the DLT Systems & Data Services Team when a new item type is needed.

  1. New item type request should be submitted through the Help Center

  2. DLT Systems & Data Services Team will contact Income Accounting to have item type created

  3. Once new item type has been created DLT Systems & Data Services Team will alert Programming Unit

  4. Program Scheduler should download Tableau Course Class Fee Audit and update applicable course/class item type(s)

  5. DLT Systems & Data team Services Team will need to update queries to include new item type in ODS, Database, Tableau, Reports, etc... (Manually updating ODS "TERM" table)
