Class level fee

When section(s) have different fees. Class level fees do not roll term to term.

Course level fee

When all sections have the same fee. Course level fees roll from term to term.

How to download the Tableau Fee Audit

  1. Login to Tableau

  2. Navigate to Global Reports> Scheduling> Scheduling Audit> Fee Audit

  3. Filter data to applicable information

  4. Before selecting Download you must click into the data so Tableau knows what data you would like to download.

  5. Select Download then Crosstab

  6. Then Download

  7. File will show as a download on lower portion on computer

  8. Only upload data that needs updating. (Delete rows where information is correct and no updated/change is needed.)

  9. All columns are needed for to update fee information. Please do not delete them.
