CECE Enrollment

Primary Department: All CECE

Purpose: Review class enrollments

Reports Included:

  • New vs Returning
  • Enrollment by Day
  • Enrollment by Class

When Updated

  • Daily around 12:00 PM

Class Student Distribution

Primary Department: All CECE

Purpose: 

    • To review all "Active" classes, the students enrolled and what they should be charged for the classes.

When Updated

  • Daily around 12:00 PM

Reduced Tuition

Where to find: https://tableau.dashboard.utah.edu/#/site/CECE/workbooks/2401/views

Primary Department: All CECE

Purpose: Review classes eligible for reduced tuition and the number of enrollments that have reduced tuition "Faculty\Staff (50%)" and "Emeritus (100%)."

Reports included:

  • Reduced Tuition by Term

When Updated

  • On the 15th of every month

Scheduling Audit (Peoplesoft)

Purpose: Proof data entry into Peoplesoft and submission of bulk changes to IS&T

Utah Common Application Tracking

Primary Department: University Pathways

Purpose: Utah Common Application Participation Includes Enrollments in AMES and BRDG Courses. Only students who have submitted an application are included in the numbers on this dashboard.

When Updated

  • Daily around 10:00 AM

Account Balance

Where to find: In Box under CE-Reports\Account Balance Reports (Per term, only 2 weeks of the report will be saved)

Primary Department: All CECE

Purpose: 

  • Students that have a debit balance
  • Students that have a negative service indicator created by Income Accounting that might eventually be sent to collections

When Updated

  • Every Monday

    Fall (August)
    Spring (January)

    End Term Schedule
    Registration Information Unit has asked lower campus to stop calcing for a term.

    Example: If the last day to calc is Thursday, August 9, 2018 then the final run would be Monday, August 13, 2018.

Student Charge Problems

Where to find: In Box under CE-IST\CE-IS\CE-Reports\Student Charge Problems - (Noncredit classes excluding Contracts)

Primary Department: Registration Information

Purpose: 

  • Find students that are enrolled in a class but the class charge does not match the student account charge. Lower campus will be contacted to get the student accounts calced.

When Updated

  • Every Monday for a full year based on the current term (i.e. If current term is U20 then it will be run from U19 to U20)

    Summer (May)
    Fall (August)
    Spring (January)

    End Term Schedule

    Until the next term begins (i.e. stop running for U19 to U20 when F20 classes begin)
