Project Management Workflow Utilizing Wrike

 Process Steps

  1. New Opportunities come in:

    1. as Task

    2. as Project

  2. Projects are created in Wrike by utilizing the S&D Project Launch Blueprint.

    1. Blue prints will be updated as we proceed with projects and learn from our experience.

  3. A Confluence space is created for the project (working on the template for this)

    1. This space should have at the minimum:

      1. Requirements Document

      2. QA Pages

      3. Change/Decision Log

    2. This is where all documentation for the project is developed.

  4. Then the project proceeds through the planning, working, and finally the complete stage.
