Item Types

These are the item types in use by Unit on their classes in Peoplesoft. All updates to item type information must come through the Data Team. 


To add to, remove, or update this list please review the New Item Type steps and submit a request through the Help Center




New Item Type Steps

CECE Units should contact the Data Team when a new item type is needed.

  1. New item type request should be submitted through the Help Center

  2. Data Team will contact Income Accounting to have item type created

  3. Once new item type has been created Data Team will alert Programming Unit

  4. Program Scheduler should download Tableau Course Class Fee Audit and update applicable course/class item type(s)

  5. Data team will need to update queries to include new item type in ODS, Database, Tableau, Reports, etc... (Manually updating ODS "TERM" table)
