Step-by-Step Guide
- Login to Help Center

- Select Scheduling Support and Course & Class Fees

- Fill out applicable fields
Summary: Brief description of change, may be helpful to put subject and catalog number for quick reference.
Term: Select applicable term from drop down menu
Subject Code: Course subject (PROED, OSHER, ELI, LLART, MATH, H EDU, YEART, etc...)
Catalog Number:
Section Number:
Course ID:
Class Component: LEC, LAB, L/D, etc...
Short Title:
Fee Type: Course level or Class level
Tuition Fee amount:
Tuition Item Type:
Special Fee Amount:
Special Fee Item Type: - If you are updating fees from a report you may also upload the file and submit without filling out the above optional fields. Use the very last field, Attachment, to upload file. (Please make sure you are waiting to push the "create" button until the file has completely uploaded.)

- After the above information has been completed and/or file completely uploaded select Create at the bottom of request to submit Help Center issue.

How to download the Course Class Fee Audit report?
- Login to Tableau. Navigate to Global Reports> under Projects select Scheduling> PS Audit - Course Class Fees> Audit
- Filter data to desired information

- Before selecting Download you must click into the data so Tableau knows what data you would like to download.

- Select Download then Crosstab

- Then Download

- File will show as a download on lower portion on computer
- Only upload data that needs updating. (Delete rows where information is correct and no updated/change is needed.)

- Columns the Data Team needs for updating
- Subject
- Catalog
- Section
- Course Title
- Course ID
- Item type
- Fee component
- Fee; class level or course level
