If your Unit is using the classroom for a class, a meeting, an orientation, break out session, or anything else, you must reserve those rooms in Astra.
There are a number of how-to guides for using Astra to schedule rooms over at CLSS and Astra User Access Information.
There is no login required to view space availability which means anyone on your team can go in and view available space before asking your team's Astra User to officially reserve the room (see CECE Schedulers (Astra and CLSS) to see who those Astra Users are).
