Inviting remote participants to join our meetings via a web browser:
Below are invite links to send to people joining using their web browsers. If they have web cam hardware, they should be able to click on any of these and follow prompts to join these spaces. This is not a direct connect to our conference room, but our conference room must also join the meeting space. Each of these Cisco Meeting spaces has an entry in our conference room IVC contact lists:

To allow people to join our meetings via dial-in from any phone:
We join the corresponding Cisco Meeting space by selecting it from "Favorites" or "Contacts" on the conference room's IVC interface.
Remote users join by:
- Call1-800-863-3496 or 385-722-9191 if local.
- Press 4 to join a meeting.
- Enter the corresponding 9-digit code for the meeting they are joining (and passcode if required):
Troubleshooting:
Most common problem is incorrect input selected on television. IVC is HDMI 2 on both rooms.
We've observed the TV in 219 dropping sound signal from the IVC equipment. Power cycle the TV. Cord plugs into TV near light switch.
We've seen the camera mechanicals halt on the 252 camera. Give it a nudge and restart the codec.
