Context

Many times there is confusion why a class is or is not showing up in a class list.  This is to document the requirements for a class to show up in the class lists under Areas of Interest for ProEd.

Step-by-Step Guide

For classes to show up under Areas of Interest Class Lists the following must be met:

  1. Class has to be in a PROED subject code:  PROED, PROTA, PROEA, EDTEC, CECRT, TESPC, and PEPEC
  2. (Attribute on class is ONDEMAND) OR (Schedule Print = Y AND enddate >= today)
  3. Class needs to be assigned to the class category.  Class category = Area of Interest
