How to check classroom availability
- Navigate to the Guest Portal (https://astra.utah.edu/AstraProd/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx)
- No Login Needed
- Click on Calendars > Scheduling Grids
- Choose Calendar: = Continuing Education
- Filter: = UUCE (or Sandy, Annex, etc...)
- To view a future date use the arrows to scroll to appropriate day
Or you can use the calendar to select date and click refresh
General Assignment Space
If you want to schedule a room somewhere else on campus through the Scheduling Office:
- Space that the Scheduling Office schedules: http://registrar.utah.edu/_pdf/rooms-we-schedule.pdf
- If requesting space in one of these rooms you must request through the Scheduling Office - scheduling@utah.edu
