Performance Evaluations (UUPM)

According to University policy, supervisors must conduct one evaluation each year with covered staff members (all benefited staff).

CE Managers will conduct a yearly performance evaluation in January for their staff to evaluate the previous year’s goals and set goals for the new year. Managers may also schedule a follow up/check-in meeting around June or July to see how things are going.

The UUPM system that University HR requires us to use is accessible through CIS or this link (if you’re already signed in).
