Granting Access to a New User

1. Head over to the server (TEST or PROD)

2. System → Access → Users

3. Provide Info

4. Save

5. Inform user of their username

6. verify they can login

7. Close the ticket

Resetting Access for users in TEST (not needed in PROD)

Changing Permissions

Halli Taukiuvea, as D1 System Admin, will handle all permission changes
