View Employee

From the UCL Home app, view directory information about all Employees within UCL.

Directory information is visible to everyone in Salesforce and includes

  • Name

  • EMPLID

  • Email Address (unid@utah.edu)

  • Phone

  • Facility

  • Supervisor

  • Department

  • Unit

  • Title

  • Working Title

To interact with Employee records in the context of Onboarding and Exiting, go to your working app or to the UCL Service Desk and click on Employees.

Employee status information, Tasks, and Chatter are only available in designated apps. If you can’t see the working information, check your app, or verify that the Employee needs Onboarding or Exiting support.

  • Employee Status = Active

Show Employees that are Actively working for UCL, with no outstanding Onboarding or Exiting Tasks.

Onboarding in Progress

  • Employee Status = Onboarding in Progress

Show Employees that are being Onboarded within UCL with outstanding Tasks.

Exiting in Progress

  • Employee Status = Exiting in Progress

Show Employees that are Exiting a role within UCL with outstanding Tasks.

Academic and Professional Prgms Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = Academic and Professional Prgms

Show Employees that are Actively working within the Academic and Professional Programs department.

Continuing Ed Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = Continuing Ed & Comunty Engmnt, Continuing Ed Administration

Show Employees that are Actively working within UCL in Continuing Ed administrative roles.

Digital Learning Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = UCL Digital Learning, UCL Digital Learning Exp, UCL Digital Learning Tech

Show Employees that are Actively working within the Digitial Learning vertical, including DLX and DLT.

Finance & Ops Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = Finance & Ops

Show Employees that are Actively working within the Finance & Ops department

Marketing & Development Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = Marketing & Development

Show Employees that are Actively working within the Marketing & Development department

Youth & Personal Enrichment Employees

  • Employee Status = Active

  • Department = Youth & Personal Enrichment

Show Employees that are Actively working within the Youth & Personal Enrichment department

Task Queues

A Queue is used to assign a record to a group of Users. Tasks can be assigned to a Queue and someone in that Queue can complete the Task.
