3/27/2023 - Certificates

Create a new application:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select application manager from navigation.

  3. Click create new application button.

  4. Fill out required fields based on department criteria.

  5. Click save button.

Student account has to be created for an application to be filled out in d1 public view.

Create questionnaire:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select application manager from navigation.

  3. Select create new questionnaire under application manager drop menu.

  4. Fill out required fields based on department criteria.

    1. In page fields: name of question, field type, mandatory, etc.

  5. Click save after completing each question.

    1. Fields will be cleared after each save for new question creation.

Create certificate:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select create new certificate from certificates drop menu.

  3. Fill out required fields based on department criteria.

  4. Add classes to course stream and click add stream button.

  5. Click save button.

Application Status Report:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select reporting.

  2. Select application status report from master drop menu.

  3. Select required fields for department and report type.

  4. Click generate report button.

Staff Drop course:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select enrollment manager.

  2. Search for specified student.

  3. Select enrolled from courses drop menus.

  4. Find course, select drop from gear symbol drop menu.

  5. Fill out reason and click continue button.

  6. Click checkout button, verify and click proceed button.

  7. Click refund balance and process buttons.

  8. Send email receipt to notify student of dropped course.

3/28/2023 - Certificates

Modify Grade Template:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Search for and enter specific course profile.

  3. Select grading sheet from courses drop list.

  4. Click modify grading template.

  5. Select grading template from drop list or modify required fields to create new.

  6. Select save button.

Send student Password reset:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select enrollment manager.

  2. Search for student and enter student profile.

  3. In access information select password reset from drop box.

  4. Click proceed button.

Place Teacher in a Class:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Search for course and enter course profile.

  3. Enter desired course section profile.

  4. Select add instructor and search for specified instructor.

  5. Change status to signed so instructor will show up on the public view.

  6. Click save button.

New grade template:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select grading templates from grading drop menu.

  3. Fill out required fields and checkboxes as dictated by department criteria.

  4. Click save button.

Attach Grade template to a course:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Search for course and enter course profile.

  3. Enter desired course section profile.

  4. Select grading sheet from courses drop menu.

  5. Click modify grading template.

  6. Select desired grade template and click save button.

Grade Report Certificates:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select certificates from navigation and search for specified certificate.

  3. Select specified certificate

3/30/2023 - Certificates

Once the certificate has been created, add courses to a certificate stream. Name stream appropriately as this will show up in the public view.

Create application:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select application manager from navigation and click create application button.

  3. Fill out required fields based on department criteria.

  4. Click save button.

Create questionnaire:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select curriculum manager.

  2. Select add questionnaire from the application manager drop menu.

  3. Click create questionnaire button.

  4. Fill out required fields and description based on department criteria.

  5. Click save button.

  6. Click view pages.

  7. Fill out required fields based on department criteria and click the save button.

  8. Click questionnaire link and then click view page sections.

  9. Fill out required fields based on department criteria and click the save button.

  10. Click questionnaire link and then click view page fields.

  11. Fill out required fields, determine the format of the question and click the save button.

  12. Repeat the previous step for each question added.

  13. Associate the questionnaire to the desired application.

  14. Associate the application to each of the required courses.

Approved and Certificate approved are the two options that exist in D1 application status.

Certificate approved allows attachments on emails to approved students.

Message log in d1:

  1. Login to d1 staff view and select enrollment manager.

  2. Select email messages from communications drop menu.

  3. Search for specified students and click on student name.

  4. View student message log.

Peoplesoft connector will bring over the section numbers. The custom section number will be the one that shows up in the d1 public view.

Can a class be cancelled? Active or inactive?
