Phones - Reset your Voicemail PIN

To reset your voicemail PIN:

• Visit www.umail.utah.edu
• Enter your uNID and CIS password, then select Sign in
• At the top right corner of the screen, select Options
• On the far left side, select General, Voice mail, Reset PIN
• Now click Reset my voicemail PIN link on that page
• The system will ask if you want to change your PIN; select Yes
• You will then receive an email from Microsoft that will contain a new, temporary PIN 
• Call your voice mail number and enter the temporary PIN
• The system will play a message stating that your PIN has expired, and must be changed
• You may then enter the new PIN number of your choice
