Salesforce - Professional Development Request (PDR) Management

Request Process:

 

 

Managers:

  1. You will receive an email notification when you receive a new Professional Development Request from your staff.

  2. Click on the link in the email. You will be directed to Salesforce where you can review the details of the request.

  3. Approve/deny PDR request accordingly

    1. Approved: You will be required to enter how your staff should pay for professional development. If the request includes travel, Katina will be emailed the details to help staff complete the required information.

    2. Denied: You will be required to enter Comments that will be sent to your staff via email.

  4. Getting stuck? Follow the Guidance for Success at the top of the request in Salesforce.
